Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Chang. After going through an Brest augmentation implant and liposuction 360, the process felt very smooth and with minimal pain. From the very first consultation, he did his best to understand what I hoped to achieve. Before AND after my surgery, Dr. Chang was consistent and timely in answering my questions to make sure I was well informed and supported. His staff were also very attentive. I would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone who is looking to do any change in their body. I have no regrets about choosing Dr. Chang as my surgeon, I feel more confident and really happy with my results.

Dr. Chang has been great throughout the whole process. I wanted a 2nd breast reduction and immediately felt comfortable during the consult. I had surgery about a week ago and am in the healing process. I am so happy with the results! I cannot recommend Dr.Chang enough for upper blepharoplasty! I was initially nervous, but he took time to listen to my goals and provide a natural-looking result that makes me look rested and youthful. I finally feel confident and my eyes feel so much lighter. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone facing reconstruction after mastectomy. It made a meaningful difference in my healing—both physically and emotionally.

I first consulted with Dr. Chang by phone in July. When I was passed to the scheduling team at Affiliates in Plastic Surgery, they were great. They guided me through each step of the paperwork process with clarity and professionalism. My in‑person pre‑operative visit with Dr. Chang was quick but thorough. He took photos, reviewed the plan, and recommended a few essential post‑surgery items such as compression garments and scar moisturizer. He was knowledgeable and kind. I never felt rushed and left the appointment feeling confident and prepared. My brachioplasty took place in December at Inova Alexandria on Seminary Road. Dr. Chang visited me in recovery as I woke up from anesthesia. Seeing a familiar friendly face was comforting as he helped me feel physically and emotionally at ease while I waited for discharge. Recovery at home went smoothly and surprisingly manageable. The first week I needed help showering, washing my hair, applying ointment and wrapping my incisions nightly. I was able to dress independently by Day 3. By Day 10 lifting my arms became a lot easier. I could shower on my own and the bruising had faded significantly. At my one‑week follow‑up, Dr. Chang noted that scars and arms looked great! He provided guidance on activity levels and ongoing scar care. Even when I had a couple of sensitive questions, he remained approachable, patient, and reassuring. We have another follow‑up scheduled at the six‑month mark. Overall, my experience with Dr. Chang has been overwhelmingly positive. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel comfortable, informed, and supported. I am thrilled with my results and grateful for the confidence this surgery has given me.
